Maine has over 6000 miles of legal trails maintained primarily by local clubs and the state makes money from registrations. this is possible and NJ needs a legal trail system! they should examine other state systems.

Riders pay just as much in taxes as the birdwatchers and tree huggers !!! Problem is they were never taught to share !!! The state could make a killing on registration of the ATV's and motorcycles !!! Problem is the government is run more like the mafia than a business !!!

We need a place to legally ride so people can go out with there family and not have to worry about Rangers. Make a waiver and make everyone sign it and make people pay to get a pass

I believe this would be a great decision epically for the younger generations, to have the privilege to learn motor skills social skills and the hands on part of mechanical side of the recreational vehicle

It's crazy there is no place to ride they would make so much more money if there was a park that we can pay to get in and have fun for the day or weekend instead of putting our life in danger with cops chasing us on our bike God forbid one of them hits us when we stop or we get hurt because we're just trying to have fun and don't want a huge fine for doing nothing wrong it's amazing how you can get pulled over with drugs and get a slap on the wrist but we get a trust passing ticket 1000$ and a bunch of other tickets on top

It's a shame that having good clean fun with dirt bikes and quads has been criminalized in NJ !!! There's no where to ride without getting your quad Confiscated !!

With all the open space in New Jersey there is enough room for everyone. Other states have access and no issues. Let's learn from them.

Better for kids to be learning how to ride then on the streets doing drugs.
