With almost 2 million acres of wilderness, the state should be able to designate legal riding areas for people of all ages and experience.

Not only would it be the right thing to do for the many tax payers that enjoy the hobby with their families but it would also bring much needed revenue to struggling towns off the beaten path in in the form of customers visiting the area.

I believe we should allow people the freedom to ride dirt bikes and atvs without fear of being arrested or fined and having their vehicle repossessed by the law. We as taxpayers don’t get to enjoy taxpayer land and it’s tyrannical

It could also be a way to promote Electric vehicles and other EVQuads. Wish there were rideable nature trails in NJ. Our taxes pay for it and would go a long way to increase the NJ lifestyle.
