Protest rezoning 21 Klein Road from R3 to OB

There was too much traffic on Klein when I lived there 16 years ago. This will only make it worse. It is far too dangerous for a residential street.

This road is already too busy as is. It's a complete nightmare for those who live on it during peak times. Try backing out into a semi major road...it's even harder to back in so you don't have to back out.

I live in this neighborhood within 1 minute of this intersection. We do not need additional building or traffic in this area. It is already over congested and over built.

Don't allow businesses to ruin our neighborhood!

The traffic at that intersection is always backed up 24/7. No more businesses should be allowed in an area that is majority residential.

Please stop rezoning of 21 Klein Rd !!

The planned expansion of the building is not only going to add to the vehicular congestion, but aesthetically it’s going to make everything look cramped. There is a sense of openness and space that will be taken away. I am therefore opposed to the rezoning.

I value the community and residential feel of the neighborhood and don’t want increased commercial properties encroaching into residential areas.

Klein Road is way too busy and the intersection of Klein and Hopkins without adding more commercial traffic.

This parcel should remain residential. If expansion is necessary, look to the empty lot next door on Hopkins, that housed the bank. Leave the lot R3. residential lot.

Please keep this area residential. There is plenty of available space adjacent to the current building - it is already up for sale! Use that which is already there. We don't need a 2 story building to ruin the look and feel of the neighborhood!

I oppose the rezoning of this property and and the two story addition.

There is way too much traffic and congestion in this area already.

I feel strongly opposed to the rezoning of 21 Klein Road from R3 to OB. Our residential neighborhood is already unable to handle the growing traffic from businesses. We have a neighborhood park, library and walking path that are dangerous to walk to and this rezoning would just add to the problem. Please do not allow this rezoning request to pass!

There is too much traffic at that intersection. There is an empty building, a closed bank that could be used. We are a residential community. We do need another office building. There are plenty around that are not at full capacity in the area. Check out Maple Rd by Amberleigh. Their a building a building after tearing down the Crows Nest. What about the empty locations on Young’s Rd between Klein and Maple. Go anywhere else but not up!

No need for more traffic in this area !! To much already

This request does not fit with the character of the existing neighborhood or nearby commercial properties on this corner.

there's no reason to expand out back behind the building. They can buy the property next door on Hopkins instead.
