We do not need additional business or traffic at this intersection. Stop over development in this area! I am also the neighbor to this property and do not appreciate that I was lied to by the owners representatives about what was going on with the property. Definitely NOT a great neighbor!

Why not make the property on 21 Klein more parking and put a one story building on the Hopkins property going towards the bank property which I believe they own as well? Also, why put a two story building on Klein which is residential and I believe that property is also designated Historical? It is disappointing and disheartening to see the three story addition to the Nursing Home Facility one property south on Hopkins. Still wondering how that got approved. Never had any notice about it from the planning board.

A commercial development would increase traffic which is already congested at the intersection.

I live on Cottonwood off of Klein and traffic is already to much in the morning and evening commute for this residential area. Another business would only ad to that.

That particular intersection is already horribly congested and dangerous , and the two-story addition would be incompatible with the current neighborhood.

I oppose the rezoning of 21 Klein (.39 acres) from R3 (residential) to OB (office bldg.).

I would not want to see this home in my neighborhood destroyed for commercial development.
