I grew up in the house. I don’t want it torn down. It’s a neighborhood house and should be kept that way.

This would be way too much traffic in that area. There are homes right there.

I would like to know if they develop this property what do they intend in making it into? What is there purpose, why do we need more anything at this corner that you can't do at the building you have? No more traffic, it's awful here!

We do not need additional traffic in this area, we would like to maintain this as residential. Please do not allow any more business at this corner.

I live on Klein Road and the traffic is already out of control. This is a residential area with lots of children in the area, adding another business to the very congested area will be a safety hazard as well as a nightmare for residents.

This is a ridiculous proposal. My senior parents live there and so do many young families. Building another office building in that vicinity would bring more traffic and is a recipe for disaster. Please vote this down!

Way too much traffic, dangerous road for young families in the area, and horribly unsightly building...especially since trees were removed. Can’t imagine what 2 stories would look like! Ugh!!!

When the original office building @835 Hopkins was approved In 1985, certain restrictions were put in place...size of building, one story restriction, no curb cut, privacy fence erected and buffer zone of trees and shrubs, with a copy sent to planning board at that time! The large maple trees were cut down a few years ago and the fence knocked down in the past year. Not a surprise that they want to disregard the remaining restrictions. I say honor your promises!

Keep our neighborhood residential. This area is already too busy to support another commercial building.
