The only way a legal and honest nation-to-nation relationship can be created between the US and Hawai'i depends on the US military de-occupation of Hawai'i and the complete dissolution of the fake state government... Then and ONLY then can the US nation and the Hawaiian nation build a nation-to-nation relationship...
