From 1973 till 1978 THIS road was my old stomping grounds. MY BFF lived on that street and now lives on it in the house I always called my second home. Leave the neighborhood alone. It's a BEAUTIFUL historic place. XO

We are AGAINST the rezoning! It would be to the DETRIMENT of all existing residents, and to the benefit of only the greedy developer. We are residents of Ponca Trail, and would hate to see the personality of the neighborhood destroyed by tightly-packed McMansions.

We don't need this overcrowding. Please sign this petition neighbors. This change will only help the developers who have proven to be bad neighbors.

there are simply too many houses for the area, and I have seen no documentation that there's actually financing in place and a time limit as to how many years it will take to finish these before they get started!

Please keep the charm of the Ponca Trail neighborhood. This is pure greed.

The proposed zoning change being considered is not in the best interest of our neighborhood or the City of Kirkwood. The only person/entity that benefits is Ponca West LLC. and Clayton Francois.

I am not in favor of this re zoning. I would like to keep the current "open" aesthetic and prevent future overcrowding of homes.
