Protect Whiston Hospital's Special Care Baby Unit from any closures due to staff shortage or spending cuts

Disgraceful. These cuts are going to cost lives. Look after the vulnerable ones first for a change.
KEEP IT OPEN. So many babies need this unit. dont let them close it just to save a few quid.
Fix the staff shortages instead of closing wards. Proper management is clearly what is lacking here.
My nephew was in that unit after being born early. The staff were absolute angels. You cant just shut down a service like this its a lifeline for so many families in the area.
My little girl spent 3 weeks in there. If that ward wasnt there I dont know what we would have done. Hands off our hospital.
