Escondido unincorporated is not designed for such a massive increase in population. Road traffic, crime, And infrastructure are not designed for such a rural area. Do not support this, let's keep a rural area the way that it is.

This is “Unacceptable Development” within all practical areas of vital concern from fire, traffic, wildlife, and water concerns etc. How could this even be on anyone's rational list for this rural area here? Its pure high density is absolutely wrong and they will probable even try to get “double” the number of units as planned! Sad and Unconscionable Bad Actions Period! No-No-No-No Period!

This said proposed annexation area is “disingenuous and flat-out wrong” for our current Birch, Idaho area residents period! The traffic impact alone is not manageable at that development mega-size! Totally beyond troubling actions! And, none of the said builders will ever live in the housing to experience its harmful lasting impacts! It’s simply 100% No No!

While building on that land maybe inevitable, the scope of this continues to increasingly creep from what was originally discussed from the developer. It does not fit in with the rest of the neighborhood and we don't want high impact housing here affecting the traffic, the wildlife, and increasing the road noise, to name a few things

This is not the location for high density. Negative impacts to infrastructures and support services, and it creates more unincorporated "islands" that LAFCO has been trying to eliminate.
