The School Board has officially decided to keep Policy 720 in place. This outcome preserves the privacy we sought to protect for girls and women throughout the district. We will remain attentive to future policy discussions to ensure these protections endure.

The new proposed Administrative Regulation 103 (at the 1/23/24 Policy Committee Meeting) is calling for the removal of Policy 720, which the School Board will be voting on. If Policy 720 is removed, females will lose their protected private spaces in bathrooms and lockerrooms and the door will be open for sports too.
We need As Many Signatures As Possible to send further messaging to Administration and the School Board to request they keep Policy 720 in place in order to protect our Perkiomen Valley girls and women, and keep their private spaces private.

Biological women and girls - that is people with vaginas, are at risk. Physical risk, emotional risk, psychological risk. Shared spaces are NOT ok. Girls and women do not want to see a man in their bathrooms and locker rooms. This is outrageous! Dangerous! An attack on the safety of females everywhere! STOP THE MADNESS
Decades of fighting for women's rights are literally on the line. If you open up the womens restrooms to anyone who " claims" to be a female and think that won't be misused you're sadly mistaken.
Girls should have their own spaces in bathrooms, locker rooms & all spaces to be utilized for their privacy & comfort in disrobing & going to the bathroom. It is for their safety & privacy.
Stop trying to eliminate young women from sports. It's demeaning and frightening for these young ladies. It is your job to figure out how to be inclusive for a few people without sacrificing values and safety for the majority.
Please for safety of students leave 720 alone. Education for these kids in PV is more important than discussing a bathroom situation due to how someone is feeling that day. It’s common sense !
Keep biological males out of women's spaces..bathrooms, locker rooms and women's sports

My daughter will not be using the same bathroom or changing facilities as the boys. Not for the 1 or 2 truly trans students that may request it. This is a safety issue as there is no way to know who has what intentions.
