Protecting Castlewood's Privacy

Please give these residents some privacy from your large buildings. It is too easy to see directly down into their yards taking away any privacy they once had.

I am concerned for my neighbors as to how your construction will impact their property values as well as privacy! Please consider their petition for fencing that would meet their requests! Thank you!!

Please put up a privacy fence, I’m sure if you wanted privacy you’d also be petitioning for a privacy wall so you could walk around in your underwear and not worry about people looking down into your yard/house…. Just saying. Thank you,

What an eye sore to our community! Yes, I support them doing whatever they can to alleviate the burden of this monstrosity of a building; way too tall! Building a fence to provide privacy to these homeowners is the least they can do. I hope water issues were properly addressed as well.

Concerns with elevation and slope, along with flooding again, damage to my yard and water flooding into my basement.

We believe the height of the road and footings to the building were not disclosed properly...there's no way the lift should be that high

Raising the fence won’t block the view of the backyards from the second story. You might consider having them plant close together the kind of trees that Steve John’s has along his west fence. They grow like weeds and would be tall enough to restore privacy.

This is not just a privacy issue. It is a huge safety and security issue.

No one expected the massive elevated behemoth we now see. If you listen closely, you can hear property values falling because no one ever expected their view to be a 25 foot concrete wall and sunsets at 4:00 o’clock. I don’t recall this aspect being revealed at any city meeting.

Please address this issue promptly.

The height of this project is out of control. A privacy fence is the least you all can do to protect our neighborhood.

They also need to make sure that water does not flood the yards as the space between the curb and wall slopes down to the yards
