We need a privacy fence. The grandfathering of our residential vinyl fence should never have been considered. I see other warehouse type buildings in the valley with large concrete walls, none have vinyl fences. The small diameter trees they plan on putting in (~1.5”) will take 15 years to fully mature, if not more. Look at the trees that line many yards on the west side (many are original to the neighborhood). Planted around 2006 some are now mature. 10 years to maturity is a dream, especially with landscape water availability dwindling.

We absolutely need a privacy fence extension, or better yet new wall put up. People and cars are above our current vinyl fence. Also, our vinyl fence is unable to hold the pressure of the elevated dirt, has already bent/bowed and come apart from posts. Completely unacceptable!
