Do not give in to developer's who only have filling their pockets with profits in mind. They do not care if they negatively affect anyone else.

We live close to this “proposed road and gate” we don not want this. We don’t want our neighborhood to become a cut through to AF canyon etc.

The plan as proposed opens the city up to further litigation. Once the road is in place it will be simple for BB to sue to remove the gate, for safety purposes or otherwise, which the developer will do to increase the number of units on the Draper side.
The city needs to hold their ground, the developer has a plan that is already approved to develop their Alpine lot. It is not incumbent on Alpine to make the Draper development work.

Please don't rush a decision. This is not in the best interest of Alpine. The developers should build what they can without negatively impacting our city. They knew that this would be a difficult piece of land to develop and yet they still bought it. We should not be punished so that they can make more money!

The great thing about Alpine is that you have no through traffic. You have to want to come here. My opinion is that the developer could use existing roads.

As a long time resident of Alpine (moved here in 1987) please do not let this pass! One unique thing that makes Alpine special is that we don’t have roads that go through this town and lead to somewhere else’. We. Don’t need Alpine to become a future highway. Please don’t let this happen!

I’m a crossing guard on Main Street in Alpine and we can not have anymore traffic for the safety of our kids! It’s already too busy.

I am opposed to a gate or any road connecting Draper with Alpine. Please do not let that happen! Keep Alpine’s small town atmosphere!
