I am opposed to this connecting road. It does not benefit our community in Alpine. We have done fine without it all these years.

By allowing this connector road directly into our Alpine City, which was never what the residents of Alpine wanted, only benefits this developer ( is he even a resident of Utah ?) ability to add more housing on Draper. This so called fire Gate is so he can get the developers the maximum amount of lots and townhomes. This gate will come back to haunt our little community . It won’t stop as a gate in a few years, just like what ever happened a few years ago when a small piece in that area was purchased and opened the floodgates to this whole mess .
Please no gate !

There is absolutely no benefit to the city of Alpine and it's citizens for this proposal to go through. Honor the master plan.

I live on Lakeview Dr so am very concerned about any future traffic flowing through our neighborhood. We built here twenty years ago with the knowledge that it would just be the cul de sacs on either end of the street.

Please prevent this development from happening. The mountain, our roads and community will be negatively impacted by such a high density project.

Why are we allowing neighborhoods so far from Draper's city center to encroach on Alpine, affecting the traffic in our residential neighborhoods?

This would ruin Alpines beautiful city along a beautiful bench with a view like no other city. Please don’t let this developer ruin Alpine and Highland.
