Blue Bison was aware of the lack of public support and the need to secure proper exit points before the land purchase and they did so knowing it was an unpopular gamble. Speculation has its price and the area is not suited for high or even medium density housing due to its terrain, climate, and ecology. Alpine/Highland should hear the voice of its constituents and not that of a novice land speculator.

Please don’t allow any kind of road to connect to Alpine! I am not an exclusive person trying to keep them from building anything up there, i just want it to be the density it was originally bought for.

This type of development would destroy the value that an area like ours has been specifically sought after for. I moved here to be In a more calm community setting that has manageable traffic, and ability for my children to be protected, and a quiet peace that can’t be had elsewhere. Surrounding our carefully created setting with a contingent larger than what is presently here, would introduce every negative aspect we sought to escape elsewhere in the valley. I don’t want to fear the traffic and speeding cars that come with this type of over-saturation . I fear the loss of community and potential crime that comes when we are not able to know the face of the people near our families. The sense of community pride would be very hard to maintain when such a large group is not at the same investment level and commitment to the community closeness we striven to achieve. The pursuit of a fast and plentiful buck is not a good reason to harm our peace of mind and steal the value we’ve invested in.

Please do not support a plan that could so easily inundate our small neighborhood roads with traffic from people who don't pay taxes to Alpine that are needed to maintain the roads!

Stick with the master plan to not allow any access to Draper. The City should fight this in court if needed. We all know where this is headed: Gate to full access.

I am thoroughly or opposed to this development I live on the street called Angels gate that feeds into this area. There is no way it is safe or feasible to depend on this road to have that many cars passing for homes

This is in my backyard. The beautiful mountains that everyone enjoys from walking to mountain biking to enjoying the scenery this would be a great travesty.
