This is an upscale neighborhood. High traffic n this area is inappropriate an unnecessary. Please reconsider and redesign this unacceptable plan.

Please do all you can to stop this proposal from going through. We are opposed to a road connecting Alpine to Draper. We don't need the increased traffic this would bring.

Adding this connection from Alpine to Draper will have unintended traffic consequences. Also, building row homes and small homes on small lots is not consistent with the size, quality and price point of homes in the Beacon Hill neighborhoods and will adversely affect existing home values. Blue Bison needs to stick with the half-acre lots it is zoned for and reduce the number of homesites to about 1/3 of the proposed - with a single access road over to Highland Blvd to remain consistent with the other properties in our area and to have minimum impact on traffic flow.

I am absolutely opposed to the proposed Blue Bison development. I do not want the Alpine to suffer the impact of the Increased traffic and other infrastructure Resulting from 300 additional homes.

I oppose the road connecting Alpine and draper. It will fundamentally change the nature of the Alpine neighborhoods it impacts for the worse.

They will eventually want ALL of the traffic to run through Alpine. They will be using all Alpine/Highland services and be paying property taxes to Draper. Also Draper doesn’t care about the side of the MTN they can’t see. They will try to pack maximum occupants on that land to get the tax revenue.

This would create so much traffic through a residential neighborhood and completely change the ability for our children to go outside and play without dangerous traffic zooming by!

The traffic in Main Street is really bad and Alpine doesn’t have the infrastructure to accommodate what Blue Bison is leading up to. If an attorney is advising that we have a 50/50 chance on winning the threatened lawsuit then I suggest we get advise from a few more attorneys because something about that doesn’t feel right. This is a big deal and could change the whole look and feel of Alpine in a negative way.
