Safety and security issues are as well present for not having a gate on the access roads since our gardens are open to the road, which, as of now, no one controls. Anyone can just go inside our gardens.

Mosquitoes issue and landscaping inside the community and cleaning.

We need to secure our families and lovely community

The community is not up to the standards we are promised, mosquitoes, no gates, dust!!! Need action ASAP

Yet I see the community management is trying to solve the issue, however there is a very, very, very serious issue when it comes to execution and timing it’s very slow for anything to happen. It’s a day-to-day activity. Some issues have been going for years still no solution. We would like to address this to hire management to have serious action taking in order for residence to have a peaceful living environment.

We are joint owners and residents of Harmony 1 - Villa 135.

It’s a pain to stay in Tilal Al Ghaf because of construction vehicles and traffic

Agree, Non resident are running thru the internal road as a short cut from Hessa street. This is a major safety and traffic congestion issue mainly in the morning and afternoon peak hours. This should be prevented. One way of achieving this is to provide resident with Car Sticker that will help identify non resident and stop them from entering passing thru the community.
