The community, in particular, the Harmony villas, have been fraught with so many problems, that are threatening health and happiness. Living in the community has become a nightmare. All efforts so far to liaise with Al Futtaim or their representatives, have been met with nonchalant responses. IT IS TIRING for the residents.

Mostly important is the traffic. Other community people uses our inside road. Which causes too much of traffic. The second one is the mosquitoes

It is getting so bad in our community. Very heavy traffic no gates on entrances allowed unauthorized vehicles to freely enter our community. It’s not safe anymore for kids. The other issue is mosquitoes. We can’t even stick our nose out of the house without being beaten by mosquitoes.’

The internal road known as TAG Boulevard is being heavily used by shortcutters and non-residents trying to avoid two traffic lights on Hessa Street. This increased traffic disrupts the peace and compromises the safety of residents, especially those living along the road.
To address this issue and ensure the community remains secure, it is recommended to install smart gates at every entrance, effectively transforming the community into a fully gated area accessible only to residents and authorized visitors.
