At the very least the Coop must have the option of remaining as it currently exists if the negotiations fail to produce an agreement. That is no development of the site will proceed absent the Coop's approval.

The best place for a natural environment and food! It is in my home and I've been going there since elementary school! It is a part of TAKOMA which make Takoma TAKOMA! <3

The economic viability of the Co-Op is essential. In Ithaca, NY, the same type of co-op, in style and scale, was able to grow to the size of the Thayer St. Safeway.
