The Co-op is a longstanding good citizen in our community. It is important that they be allowed, even encouraged, to expand and thrive.

I worked at TPSS Co-op for several years. It is an amazing asset to the community and must be protected!

Please do not develop this property to the detriment of our coop!

At the very least the Coop must have the option of remaining as it currently exists if the negotiations fail to produce an agreement. That is no development of the site will proceed absent the Coop's approval.

Please negotiate in good faith with the Coop.

The best place for a natural environment and food! It is in my home and I've been going there since elementary school! It is a part of TAKOMA which make Takoma TAKOMA! <3

Don't develop the co-op space! We love our little co op, it's part of why takoma park is so adorable

Please make sure the coop still has a loading dock! That is essential to any grocery store.

The economic viability of the Co-Op is essential. In Ithaca, NY, the same type of co-op, in style and scale, was able to grow to the size of the Thayer St. Safeway.

This place is so important to the culture of Takoma Park! Please please please don't kill the co-op by signing Development Agreement as is. Do the right thing!
