Protect the sex-based rights of people in New South Wales

Transwomen are men. They are not men with lady brains. They're just men. Self ID will open the gate for men to find new ways to exploit women's only spaces to access women and girls. Men cannot be women. Not in any way, shape or form.

It is of the highest importance that we protect those most vulnerable, ie women and children by not allowing self id in relation to sex, which has the potential to cause untold harm if allowed to go ahead. People are free to feel how they want but they are not free to force their ideology onto others, particularly when it puts those others at risk.

Stop with this madness. Men cannot become women.

It is deeply concerning that after all the work our government has put into eradicating VAWG that they would now not protect our rights to sex based spaces.

The proposed change will have dire outcomes for women & children. It is anti science!

Gender is a manmade social construct. Sex is a biological reality. Women and children are overwhelmingly at risk from males irrespective of what belief systems or identities they have.

Men are not women. Women are not men. Self id is destructive to women and removes all safeguarding for children as well

Humans can’t change sex

As no evidence exists to prove human beings can change sex, reasonable governance should ensure self ID is laughed out of parliament.

Females deserve to have our sex-based rights protected. Self-ID has been abused in other countries to the détriment of women and girls.

Women must be able to have single sex female only spaces,services and sports.Self ID would be a threat to women needing care such as elderly or disabled.It would mean a loss of safety,privacy ,safeguarding ,and established boundaries for social interaction.In England Self ID has resulted in harassment ,indecent exposure,assaults of women in change rooms in a department stores.This has undermined small business activity when local fashion shop has to deal with this issue Self ID undermines women's ability to participate in sport.The differences between male and female bodies mean that males are s stronger,larger lungs,heart,bone,body structure and will outperform and beat women in sport. Self ID cannot be supported.The debate in Scotland on this issue showed that the significant harm to women can not be supported.

Self ID is obviously nonsense - you just have to look at Victoria's police force flapping about trying to stop people claiming to be non-binary for the extra clothing allowance to see that is it administratively and logically incoherent.

Erasing ‘sex’ and associated protections does not mean equality for all. Women are being thrown under the bus by people willingly following the cult!

Women and girls need single sex spaces for safety. Self ID allows rapists, stalkers, autogynephiles and paedophiles access to us and those we love. I personally know 2 women who were raped in multiple facility bathrooms. 2 women I work with now had miscarriages in work bathrooms. Women and children deserve privacy and Governments have a responsibility to keep women and girls safe

No self ID! It's letting men take over women's spaces & sports. It's dangerous to women.

Women are a sex class, being a woman is a biological material reality, not an idea in a man’s head.

A Woman is an adult human female. Sex matters. Save women's Sports. Leave the kids alone. No men in women's spaces. Only men can be Transwomen
