This cable belongs underwater. It will be safer from the elements: lightening, high winds, hurricanes. etc. It also protects our best asset: the view.

Lets be smart and put the cable underwater, to save the view and better protect boat traffic, along with better consistent electrical supply.

Dominion Power is taking the easy way out (towers vs. underwater cable) and their lack of transparency is on this issue is deplorable! Just another example of arrogance on Dominion Power's part!
