I oppose rezoning either of the Florence Phinney Trust parcels on Mushbach Road. Tax ID# F-06-08-300-016, and Cavanaugh Lake Road. Tax ID# F-06-08-300-009 from Agricultural Use to Low Density Residential Use to allow 1 acre lots. I oppose a private road ordinance that allows for private roads outside of our sewer and water districts and exacerbates taxpayer burden.

My husband and I recently moved to Crooked Lake because we are in love with the rural character and peacefulness of the area. We strongly oppose the reasoning of the Florence Phinney Trust parcels under consideration.

I oppose the Low Density Residential Use from 2 to 1 acre lots and the private road ordinance.

I oppose this rezoning application. Low density housing of one acre lots belongs near towns and cities. Projects that will cost tax payers more and degrade the beauty of the area are not needed. They can't maintain the roads we currently have.

I oppose this zoning change. It is not good for the people, nor the wildlife in the area. All it will do, is make the developer a bunch of money! Bad for the new sewer system too. It was never designed to handle this.

This is a terrible change to our entire township solely for the cash profit of only a few people, and with no or inadequate improvement to infrastructure, and with current tax payers paying the price for personal cash profits of others.
