Allowing low density is a huge mistake Road issues alone makes a development in these locations ridiculous

I oppose rezoning either of the Florence Phinney Trust parcels on Mushbach Road. Tax ID# F-06-08-300-016, and Cavanaugh Lake Road. Tax ID# F-06-08-300-009 from Agricultural Use to Low Density Residential Use to allow 1 acre lots. I oppose a private road ordinance that allows for private roads outside of our sewer and water districts and exacerbates taxpayer burden.

We can't count it in our total because you're not a resident in Sylvan. But we appreciate your support! Please share with any residents you know in Sylvan.

We love our home and are afraid we may longer be able to afford to live here because of this.

I actually live in Waterloo township so I'm not sure if my "signature" is valid or not.

Why does every square inch of property need to be developed? It affects wildlife, roads and peace of mind of our citizens!

We moved here to stay in scenic county side environment. Why do you think most do move here!

The quiet nature of this area is why we moved here 22 years ago. It is already getting so loud and roads too busy to safely enjoy even a simple dog walk. I have been looking to move for years due to the increase in population around us, but I can't find anything I can afford. I would much rather pay higher taxes than to live in an URBAN environment.

A huge part of my moving to Grass Lake was because of it's rural setting. I do not want to see it overran with subdivisions/suburbans. I vote 'no'!

I oppose rezoning for the Florence Phinney Trust parcels. I am primarily concerned about maintaining water quality within this vicinity. John Burke 155 Shoreview Dr Chelsea MI

I support voting NO on these two proposals.

I am not in favor of this rezoning request since it will have such a negative impact on the area.
