Rural Exception sites are designed to help the local community by ensuring more affordable houses are available. This is definitely the wrong site due to access and ill defined/ weak boundaries

Not only would this development destroy a wonderful field containing much wildlife, but the access to it is congested already and in a terrible state. Also the impact on the local schools and doctors surgery would be very detrimental for the village as a whole

Shocking! How can this be possible? Also I am very concerned for the wild life in that field. There are deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, bats and large variety of birds depending on this habitat.

The Green Belt is a precious aspect of our life and should never be used for domestic or any other building.

All the full proposal needs to be fully laid out. Also how much is going money eg percentage of profit is going towards improving infrastructure. To alleviate extra traffic issues!!!!

This development is not needed and should not be allowed to proceed.

90 proposed dwellings would increase the traffic on Kings Road significantly, further the local services are already overloaded.

Whats the point of Green Belt Law if developers can speculatively build on it.
Chalfont St Giles is big enough now, why bigger, everyone wants it to stay a village

I object to this proposal, green belt must be protected and the local plan followed.
