Unbelievable that people have to petition to protect green belt land in this day in age

Green belt land should be protected, not just for us but for our next generations and all the wildlife that need it to thrive. Not to mention the additional congestion and pressure on existing over-stretched public services that will be created by all this proposed housing. Paradigm have such a terrible reputation personally and professionally. This is such a disappointment.

Stop the Paradigm marketing spin and lies! This building development would lead to congestion and completely alter the character of the east side of the village.

This area is a valuable amenity and should be protected, not profited from.

I am against this proposal to build on Green Belt land which needs protecting as a valuable, an increasingly rare, open space, resource for humans, flora & fauna.

This is green belt and should not be developed

Areas of land around Chalfont St Giles were designated as Green Belt to prevent unsustainable urban sprawl creating extra congestion, ruining this village communities’ quality of life. The land bordered by; Stylecroft Road, High View, Kings Road, Highfield, and Gorelands Lane is a case in point, and should remain Green Belt for this reason.

More housing on our green belt is the last thing we need. As it is, there is already insufficient infrastructure for the village. As for council signing a million pound cheque for Paradigm, someone needs to be held to account and to ensure that no one is getting backhanders out of it!

Kinds Road can’t take any more traffic, it already is a short cut for little Chalfont, The speed limit is ignored, become dangerous to children and animals, cars can not turn right, onto A43 re the all ready heavily built up traffic on the London Road. I do sincerely hope that it’s not a done deal, that the council re think, green belt, was for a reason.

I am against the development of the proposed 90 houses on the Chalfont St Giles, High View Green Belt Land, but not against building sympathetically on pockets of Green Belt Land that is in effect infilling and not allowing the Green Belt to stretch towards the next Green Belt protected village.

Green Belt land should be kept as Green Belt ? Not used for Property Developers (and probably some Councillor's) to profit from.
