I hate the thought of building on green belt in the village, having lived here for 53 years. Our roads and trains are already ridiculously overloaded. I would like to see affordable housing being built without other larger properties in brownfield and in-filling sites around the village.

Allowing this development that was not included in the local plan makes the local plan process pointless and removes local resident controls over development of the village.

We cannot support the extra influx of people that will come into the village - Drs surgery and schools are already full! We have Green Belt land for a reason. I don't think any exceptions should ever be made.

Enough! We have already been blighted by Hs2 defacing and wrecking our beautiful green belt and the ongoing implications of its continuing work for YEARS. We also have the increased pollution and traffic of a new road that has been proposed close by, without the added blight of a housing estate.

Let me give my reasons for thinking this is a good development, hmm, let me think. Oh, actually I can only think of negatives. Not one positive.

This village cannot support more housing. The High street is too narrow to cope with more cars or shoppers. The schools and facilities could not cope with the extra numbers. This is a village of natural beauty that would be spoiled by the extra residents. The usual way is that first time buyers live in a more affordable area until they can work up to moving to a beautiful place like Chalfont St Giles.

I object toParadigm conitinual pushing back against both green belt laws and the agreed neighbourhood plan if their plans get agreed we might as well throw away the plan agreed with council as not worth the paper written on If plans get approved this will additionally put yet further strain on already over stretched local doctors who is now already overrun with people from St Peters since new estate built there & local schools over subscribed with no additional funding and local utilities which already busting at the seams for which I bet nothing is built in Paradigms plans !
This will be yet another eroding of our green belt in an already rapidly growing community
