Stylecroft and Kings Roads will not be able to cope with any extra traffic. The doctors surgery and schools will be unable to cope. This development is outside off the democratically agreed local plan which should be adhered too.

This is designated Green Belt land - land that has been set aside preventing development of the area. Full stop!

Please leave the green belt as green! It shouldn’t be commandeered for a building project!

Really these areas are to small and can't handle the impact. The roads get blocked and the areas become over loaded. This is pure greed it's not about housing people it greedy people making money. Disgusting go somewhere that can handle to change. Leave the chalfonts a lone. They are little villages not towns. The wildlife that is also killed and pushed out. This is heart breaking and the worlds a bloody mess. Stop it

Too much greenbelt is being swallowed up by industry or housing with no practical infrastructure to support it.. this is an area in point.. so better to find somewhere more suitable and leave the present residents a bit of open space to enjoy..

To allow this would be to set a dangerous precedent.

I grew up in the village-it breaks my heart to see it disappearing under concrete. Please stop or it’s uniqueness will be gone forever

10 acres off High View (off Stylecroft Road) is under threat by Paradigm (see photo). This proposed development is not in the Neighbourhood or Local Plan. The land was assessed as highly valued green belt land in the 2016 Green Belt Assessment by Chiltern & South Bucks District Council.
