I am against this development as it is the wrong site for affordable housing . We should be preserving our greenbelt

I agree no more large developments in the village area.. The government need to come up with a plan to develop another Milton Keynes further north!!

This must not be allowed to encroach the Green Belt , otherwise what was the point of it?

If this goes through, there’ll be no stopping them. The Green Belt was introduced to protect the countryside - SO PROTECT IT.

The village does not have the capacity for any more properties without severe disruption to the already strained services and damage to natural habitat

Will place an unbeatable strain on the King's Road and London Road junction.

More housing means more traffic and bigger strain on our village! Far too many negatives for this to go ahead!

This proposed development will cause severe infrastructure problems within the village

The number of properties talked about with put too much strain on an already struggling village infrastructure and the traffic up and down Kings Road which is already dangerous when the main road is busy will become horrendous.

Sites for new development are clearly identified in the very recently adopted Neighbourhood Pla. Further, these developments march on with no consideration for the increased demand on local amenities. Schools, hospitals and transport infrastructure in insufficient to meet the increasing demand.

This proposed development will put strain on the whole of the village

Addition of property and people of this scale will create increased strain on our infrastructure eg surgery, schools , and traffic beyond acceptable limits

The road into and out of this development will cause a bottleneck in this area.

I think we must protect the green belt and wild life for future generations.
