This is not a suitable site for a housing development. I read that the Doctors surgery say they can manage the extra patients - how can that be when you can’t get an appointment for 2 - 3 weeks now.

The green belt should be preserved at all costs. No urban mass development which is ruining the beautiful villages around us

This should not even be considered if the planners etc. are doing their job. No new buildings should be allowed before new infrastructure is built and staffed to cope with the influx of new residents, and who will pay to provide all this???

Unacceptable to develop this green belt land, because more appropriate sites have already been identified and agreed in the village plan.

Green belt is a sound concept to prevent urban sprawl and ought to be respected and upheld for the utmost quality of life for all UK citizens

Paradigm should be stopped at all costs from this shameful exercise. Saying its under the guise of "affordable housing" is just their way of trying to get round a protected part of our villages green belt and is just blatant profiteering

This development is not suitable for the site and should not go ahead.

Neighbourhood Plan took 5 years to finalise, was approved by over 90% of local residents and identifies suitable plots for small scale development in and around the village. Land off High View wasn’t one of these plots, Paradigm’s greed to build a disproportionately large housing estate should NOT be given go ahead, protect our beautiful Green Belt!!!

By dangling the carrot of social housing Paradigm are glossing over what this is -a profit making scheme in an area which has been designated as green belt not suitable for housing . If this precedent is set then where will it end ? The infrastructure can’t cope. It takes up to three weeks to see a Dr, schools are oversubscribed, traffic is often backed up . It makes no sense for anyone except paradigm. Surely this is obvious?

Please do not build here it’s an area of outstanding natural beauty and enjoyed by the residents, there has been enough open spaces built on in the area recently.

Its such a shame to destroy our precious green belt, why are the councils allowing piecemeal additional housing in our countryside. Why can’t there be a joined up approach to additional housing: identify an area, invest in infrastructure, housing, schools, doctors, and increased employment and roads for access to rails and motorways.

Inexcusable to develop this green belt land, especially when more appropriate sites have already been identified in the village - driven by financial greed of Paradigm to target such a large site
