Please help us keep Scottsdale beautiful, quiet and less crowded. We don’t want to see accidents and increased traffic here. No more large developments! Thank you.

I request that you vote NO for the 92nd Ironwood development and similar high density residential projects that exceed 36’.

Don't want. How can Scottsdale even consider this. With the current water shortage they must have a screw loose.

Keep Scottsdale from becoming an oversized big city. Tourism is our income and people want to see the original Beauty of Scottsdale. Too much traffic now on Shea. Oppose it..Listen-to the people not the Developers paying you off.

This area has enough traffic and congestion issues now...approving this rezoning will impact us even more. Please don't allow this re-zoning.

I used to love the quaint charm of Scottsdale. And now its become a congested mess of high-rise, luxury, concrete urbanism.

We don’t need more building in Shea/92 area. The area is congested enough between the 101 access and the hospital complex.

Scottsdale is being exploited, please do not allow this. Overdevelopment destroys quality of life and lacks respect for the environment to say the least.

we can not sit by while our city is overgrown, over developed, and undervalued. Almost all of us moved here for its unique nature..don't destroy it.

How can these be in the pipeline when they are not mentioned in the new 2035 Master Plan. Who is responsible for the deception
