I am vehemently opposed to these big mega buildings. Who’s pocket are you in? We don’t need this kind of growth in Scottsdale. We already have traffic problems. This is not affordable housing! I know what these new apartments are charging.I have already written a letter, no need to respond again. We the people are organizing against this. You were supposed to represent us not big developers! This is disgusting.

This area is already strongly congested. Please vote no. As our elected representatives, please remember your commitment to keep Scottsdale as the Most Livable City. This means clean air, access to shopping, and non-congested (and safe) neighborhoods and roads, all of which would be negated if this re-zoning project were to move forward. Again, please vote no.

I live off of 96th and Shea and the traffic here is already so bad that we routinely see accidents at that intersection. I am in despair at what the traffic will be like with over 500 new residential units just four blocks over.

Stop the increase in apartment buildings and remember that we are already at capacity for our resources. Th "most livable city" will become a nightmare if this continues.

I was born here 27 years ago. Can't believe I can't afford housing or even rent, traffic is insane, apartments blocking the desert and mountain views despite that being the reason people love it here. I don't want Scottsdale to become the next LA or jungle concrete.

I am as distressed as so many other Scottsdale residents over this development. We spend part of our summer in California by the beach. There is not a square foot of land that is not crammed with apartments, trailer parks, shopping malls, freeways or railroad tracks. It’s so refreshing to come back to Scottsdale where you still feel you have some room to breathe. However, with high density developments like what is being proposed at 92nd St and Shea I fear we are speedily heading in that direction and it disgusts me.

Traffic safety issues are a huge concern, it is currently congested and overcrowded.
As many others mentioned access to the hospitals by emergency vehicles will be effected. Horrible idea to build these apartments in this already over populated area.

Traffic in this area is already an issue. Add in the construction on 90th St. between the 101 and Via Linda will be horrific once that area is completed.

Please do not approve the planned apartment structures at 92nd St. and Moutainview Road. The roads were never designed to handle the traffic of 530 rental apartments and a multistory structure such as the two proposed will prove to be an absolute eyesore at best.
