Our open air farmers market/ performance venue/festival site/ gathering spot / meeting place is one of the best things Salem has going for it.

We love,, Our City Market , Please leave it alone, we love the openness it has, and After Five is nore enjoyable out in the ooen space, not to mention the farmers and produce, Save Our Market

Having returned to.my hometown, I discovered the lovely Farmers Market. I have met many friends and family here. It is wonderful to buy my veggies, fresh fruits here, as well as other plants and food items. I think it would be a shame to take this essential space away from our citizens. Please leave the Farmers Market as it is. Thank you.

There should never be anything built in the air space above the Farmers Mkt. don't destroy history.

I love the farmers market...it is the reason i shop there =Fresh nice veggies. Kroger is ok and Wal-mart is awful not fresh. WE DO NOT NEED A MOTEL AND THE LOSS OF PARKING is atrocious.

The Farmer's Market should be kept, and possibly expanded into the parking area adjacent to it.

The farmer's market has always been my favorite Saturday morning tradition. Not only is it beneficial in that way but it is also a place for the middle schoolers to go on fridays after school. The Christmas tree lighting is another favorite tradition. I would do just about anything to save it.
