Don’t let the woke vocal minority destroy the family.

Our schools celebrate and learn about many cultural days (eg Diwali) even thought not all kids are included. The only things being cancelled are traditionally American or European holidays .

The world and people, are losing their moral values, not all people.

This is ridiculous!!! There should be a way to celebrate all caregivers and not cut another special day due to people’s sensitivities. This world is going too far now, especially Canada.

Thou shall honor Mother and Father. Who the heck do these people think they are?

Mothers and fathers create children and their kids deserve to celebrate them. "Inclusiveness" is being very exclusive trying to rid a lot of parental rights. NO MORE!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

As if changing genders and language wasn't enough now you are going after mothers/father's day???? This is a direct attack on the nuclear family - I refuse this woke agenda as always - no matter how uncomfortable it makes people.

Everyone had a mother or a form of someone they love and cherish that supports them and helps carry them through this life. And for the people that don’t I know our inclusive school systems and teaching staff can find a way to make them feel included and loved as well. This isn’t just about your mother. It’s a celebration of all mothers and everything they do and stand for.

THANK YOU. As a parent I’ve always wondering at what point did celebrating mothers/fathers day just go away? But yet, they want to teach our kids about pride week and ask us to embrace it with an open mind?

It is deeply concerning that schools would cancel Mother’s Day and Father’s Day without first consulting parents. These are not controversial or political observances — they recognize the foundational role that mothers and fathers play in the lives of children and in society. Inclusion should never mean erasing long-standing traditions that reflect the values of the majority of families. If there are students who come from different family circumstances, thoughtful accommodations can be made without dismantling traditions altogether. Parents are the primary stakeholders in their children’s education. Decisions that touch family values, culture, and tradition must involve transparent consultation and community input. Schools exist to educate, not to redefine or remove core family celebrations. Respecting diversity includes respecting families who want these traditions preserved.

Mothers deserve to be celebrated for their continued sacrifices! You can’t claim to love women while robbing them of their rights at the same time!
