Protect the land from big developers or shady individuals and let it be a wild life park where Nature can thrive.

Sixteen years ago, we came to Kenmare on a weekend and fell in love with this wonderful city, two months after we moved from Dublin here, in the last 16 years I saw how much this town changed,i hope that at least this part of Kenmare remains as it was. ... Kenmare we fell in love with

We are only yet discovering what Kenmare Bay really means in the context of biodiversity and the vital and important role it plays in keeping us all healthy. Preserving lands with shoreline is vital to the health and well being of Kenmare's ecosystems. In looking to the future, Kerry County Council can play a vital role in biosecurity. It's thanks to people like Ray Ross for pioneering ecotourism and many other like minded people, many of whom I know, that we continue to highlight the case for leaving intact, what's left of Kenmare bay, for future generations.

Please please don't take away the beauty of this landscape, it would be a sheer act of vandalism that couldn't be undone. Do look and value what you have x

Kenmare is special because it is low key unlike Killarney!

An attribute to the town of park and playground is guaranteed to keep family tourists staying in Kenmare as opposed to moving on to more family orientated towns.
