This absolutely requires and environmental impact study at the very least, let alone public input. How can we worry about Charlottetown water supplies drying up in hot summer months, but not worry about this?

I have no inherent problems with the bottling plant as I can see job and income potential, but the fact that no environmental impact or risk assessment seems to have been done is unacceptable.

Besides the overuse of an often unnecessary use of water we run the risk of by more commercializing of even more water giving businesses under trade deals the ability to sue levels of government when they provide access to water as a public good.

No "assumptions" that our water sources can provide the required supply ... I feel it is reasonable to have mandatory and thoroughly adequate water test procedures in place and the results reviewed and made public before any proposal of this nature is considered let alone approved!!!
