We need to preserve this open space, Rossendale is getting so heavily populated already

This is an important part of the Irwell riverside path and should not be lost to big industry. If anything more of the path should be restored to make it useable in all weathers.

This land is vital to the community and the wildlife, I do not want to see it being built on.

It is completely unacceptable to be building on greenbelt land. As a Rossendale resident this is NOT what I want.

Rossendale is being ruined by vast industrial units, and grid-locked roads.

Destroying are beautiful countryside and habitats in rossendale is not the answer, why not try and refurbish the failing town centre of rawtenstall !!

Save this beautiful walkway down by the river , the last part of this area long been a recreational area fir Rossendale families , most of it gone now to industrial buildings . One of the only flat areas in the valley for people to enjoy a riverside walk so near the town , everywhere else ha hills and steep paths ! Please don’t take the only remaining area of the now lost ... Cow lane , Swanney lodge Jungle homes ..... could go on and on ! Save this site !

This valley has been ruined by the constant erosion of green land to developers.
