A lovely green part if our valley, important fir wild life and people's opportunities to be outside in relatively unspoilt nature in the difficult times.

Stop destroying our green spaces, the valley is beautiful because of places like this. There are still brownfield sides to develop!

Save our green spaces now. To many houses and industrial units being built in Rossendale .We dont need or want them, it used to be known as the green valley by locals but sadly it is losing all its beautiful countryside to property developers. Come on play fair RBC we want our green spaces protected not sold off! Keep Rossendale green.

This is a fantastic, scenic route, popular with walkers, runners, families and children. A beautiful part of Rawtenstall that needs to stay. Ludicrous that the council are even considering development in such a well loved popular area.

There is land close by that could be redeveloped without losing the green belt forever- this needs further investigation to prevent the loss of this picturesque spot.

Theres enough wasted land around that could and should be put to better use, without destroying greenbelt areas of beauty (these should be preserved for wildlife etc
