Having taught nutrition and organic farming to high school students for decades, I believe the true essence of recovering the health of our home, Earth, is teaching ALL young people to grow organic, healthy food and know their soil.

Stop playing politics with our organic certification. The USDA organic label was once respected as a seal of approval for true organic methods. The regulations have become far too relaxed, allowing factory farms to slip in by stretching the limitations of organic requirements to meet their sub-standard practices.

Organic is synonymous with soil and health, which is certainly not what most of the organic certified operations are about. Let's make organic real and let's make growing food real and let's make raising healthy animals real....the REAL organic project!!!!......HERE HERE!!!
