The same thing is happening to me @ The Grand, located @ 100 Grand Ave. Move here in 2009 when the building first opened. It was 1,700.00 but every year my rent has gone up 10%. Totally out rageous an something has to be Done!!.

My family moved to the Bay Area in 1994 from the city of Mexico. We have lived in Daily City, Richmond, San Pablo, we also moved to Portland for six months but no place felt like home. Oakland is our new home, please keep the soul of Oakland alive!
