After delivering to the City of NY our skills and talents for the public good, we expect that the benefits we selected be respected.

We deserve to at least keep our current benefits, that was a promise made to us for all the years we devoted to NYC children at salaries that were lower than the surrounding comminities’

For goodness sake, please do not summarily change retirees' Healthcare coverage to an Advantage plan. Advantage plans are notorious for alluring decision makers in with superfluous benefits like gym memberships while stripping away essential components and introducing layers of bureaucracy in the name of growing profits and rewarding executives with bonuses.

This is another way for the progressive democrats to sock it to the "sucker" working class. There was an old saying "the harder you work, the more you get". The NEW saying is "The less you work, the more your
rewarded". By taking away our choice to keep our Medicare benefits, is a form of dictatorship. I want the healthcare coverage that my Congressmen and Senators have in Washington DC.

Save our health care. It has taken me a long time to have a network of doctors who accept my coverage and I do not want a HMO

We contributed to traditional Medicare for decades. Many of us began paying in to Medicare before some of the decision makers were born. We are the first generation to have paid into Medicare all the years that we worked. We followed the rules and now you seek to change them. Seniors demand dignity in a nation where the ruling class lack morality. Keep your promises.

This is very unfair, I chose a public service career path, forgoing a larger salary in the private sector to contribute to the public good. I am very disappointed that my retirement benefits will be severely reduced.

We will NOT have the same coverage! We will have “cost sharing”- expensive copayments for all tests and lab work and very few doctors, limited hospitals participating.

Please keep our Medicare benefits intact. We work years with the promise of medical care benefits. The same benefits we had while working. To change them now isn’t right.
