It has taken years to clean up the Hudson River after corporations dumped poisonous chemicals, residents dumped trash and municipalities dumped raw sewage, why would the town want to go backwards now?

I grew up in Hudson and spent alot of time on the riverand continue to visit it when I can. It has finally started to clean itself . If the sorm water were to be allowed in it it would restart many issues that have since resolved.

A large nesting colony of Least Bitterns is quite unusual and shouldn't be threatened or destroyed without a full review. Contaminated water should not be dumped into a sensitive area such as this designated Important Bird Area. Please do not try to skirt around the environmental assessment that should be done on a project of this nature.
