The wildlife does not need to be disturbed. Keep it as it is please. I also need peace and tranquility. The reason I moved to the countryside in the first place.

I object to the proposed change of use. Ten years on, the developer should comply, or be statutorily required to comply, with the original Condition (19) Environmental Offset of the 2016 Planning Permission

Please reject this is a blatant attemp by the Developer to make way to build on one of our village green sites in the Neighbourhood Plan by shifting the Nature Reserve (they should have built 10 years ago) down on to the flood plain.

I support this petition. It is important that planning conditions and the Neighbourhood Plan are honoured, and that the community receives the nature reserve that was originally promised.

The nature reserve was promised to that land, more housing in such a small village isn’t in keeping with its history. Housing gets built and nobody can afford to buy and sit empty. Honor the countryside and develop the nature reserve!

The flood plain, by its very nature, spends most of winter underwater. A completely unsuitable place for a nature reserve

I have seen this area flooded more than once in the 43years I have lived here. The land above the flood line was so wet your feet sunk into it. A disaster waiting to happen if you build on this land

This is ridiculous now! Stop all this unnecessary development- Don’t try and fix what doesn’t need fixing.

This land is/should be protected for wildlife, most of which won’t thrive on the flood plain

The current level of noise will only increase again and is no longer acceptable
Leave the countryside as it is.
