I am an Eagle Scout that contributed to the building of a perimeter fence for the mt.zion church. I feel obligated that it should 100% be protected

As a resident of northern Virginia for just under 30 years, I have come to love this land and its prominent place in American history. I have looked with apprehension as development pressure has changed the face of this beautiful place, my own home included. The challenge to all concerned is to identify those areas of greatest historic and cultural value and keep those places plus some open space for recreation and natural wildlife preservation free from development. The Mount Zion Church and Cemetery and surrounding view-shed are one of those high-value places and needs to be preserved. Please do not allow development on this precious land.
