We decided on Milton because it wasn't all paved roads, strip malls and subdivisions . I understand that growth is a necessary evil but there is no reason to pave any of the gravel roads. They are the character and charm of Milton.

Milton is a community that people moved to because it's not like Alpharetta or East Cobb!!! However if we keep allowing development which doesn't keep Milton Milton, what would attract people hear. There is a reason people choose Milton over the others!!! Milton Gov. Please keep that in mind!

I just bought a house on a gravel road in Milton (Summit Road)...and the PRIMARY reason I bought the house was due to the 3 acre minimum requirement.

It was my understanding that all gravel roads/dirt roads/roads that aren't paved in their entirety must have residential lots that are 3 acres or more. This is certainly not an unreasonable standard and I cannot imagine any reason why this standard wouldn't be adhered to.

Please protect what little rural atmosphere we have left in Milton! We moved out here for that feel, and it is slowly being wiped out by these kind of changes!

The over building had to stop! Our roads cannot possibly handle the traffic created by more homes. Wood Road is a gem in the heart of Milton...do not ruin the beauty of this place for a few dollars.

This is one of the few iconic, rural equestrian areas left in Milton. Please do the right thing and preserve the 3 acre minimum acreage as well as the gravel road.
