It is shameful what the City of Milton has allowed to happen throughout this beautiful area. I agree that all zoning laws should be strictly upheld and enforced along the entire length of gravel roads.

Milton is becoming more and more residential instead of rural. We have lived here for 15 years and have seen many changes in that time. I realize that some change is inevitable, but we are straying too far from the rural design that attracted many of us from moving here in the first place. Paving the gravel roads in Milton would be a step in the wrong direction.

Please enforce the rules and don't allow more than 1 home per 3 acres on Wood road. It's not a paved road. The asphalt was put at the end for a reason for safety at the end but clearly Wood road is a GRAVEL road and its integrity as such must be protected. Do the right thing for the citizens and enforce the rules and protect the character of our unique area. Thank you!! :)

Keeping lot sizes as large as possible is best way to keep acceptable density in Milton. Please do not allow smaller lot sizes!

The gravel road and big lots are what gives this road it's unique feel. Let's not that change and see more neighborhoods going in.

Wood Rd is a treasure and has been one since we arrived in '83 It's history is gravel and so it will remain. Recognize and Protect this legacy.

Wood Road is and always has been designated a gravel road. It is a Milton icon and a City treasure. If the City is serious about protecting what is unique about Milton, they must start acting accordingly and deny this backdoor attempt for 1 acre lots on a gravel road.

I am very concerned that our city representatives are ignoring the laws put in place.

Unfortunately, some of our city representatives are more aligned with developers than the citizens.

I support a clarification of zoning codes to make minimum 3 acre lots on gravel roads. This move helps keep The character of Milton, which is why most moved here.

The Milton Coalition stands in solidarity with the residents of Wood Road in opposing these reckless and unlawful subdivisions of land. Milton's requirement for minimum three acre lots along gravel roads should be strictly interpreted and enforced. Milton's gravel roads are a treasure and a distinct feature of our community. These gravel roads are a cornerstone of our rural heritage and should be preserved in perpetuity. Council needs to fix the errors that have been made in approving these subdivisions of land into 1 acre lots. And more importantly, Council needs to take corrective actions to reform Milton's zoning processes to ensure these errors are not repeated.

I urge City Council to preserve the rural landscape along our gravel roads in Milton in perpetuity. Council should strictly interpret and enforce zoning laws intended to accomplish this preservation. This includes stringently upholding the three-acre minimum for lots accessed from, or adjacent to, gravel roads. Asphalt laid down for reasons, such as safety or dust abatement, should not cause these roads to lose their permanent designation as gravel roads.
