There is so much empty land on 16. No need to drop this on a residential street and in a school zone.

Keep the business on rte 16 corridor, not in historic district. Respect zoning.

This size project with the traffic does not belong in a residential neighborhood

The traffic congestion alone should preclude this from being built.

Milton needs to keep it's small town charm and maintain that land for residential use.

A project this size does not belong in this residential and partly historical part of town. Perhaps on Rt. 16 or Rt..5 it would appropriate.

I am a full time resident. We have a variety of medical care options within town and just a short drive from town. This complex is not acceptable in town. Put it on Rt 16.

Services are needed but NOT at this location.

I think its a recipe for disaster to put this very large building on the small streets downtown and also across from the school. There have got to be more options even a mile or 2 from this location.

They should put it on 16 somewhere. It doesn’t fit in, in the town!

I agree that this will be bad for the Town of Milton due to traffic. Would definitely lose the small town feel we currently have.

We have a Comprehensive Plan for the town and we have zoning at the site that is consistent with it: R-1 zoning. Can anyone honestly say that 2 contemporary office buildings of 80,00 sq ft surrounded by 400 parking spaces belongs in a residential neighborhood? Belongs in part of our historic district? This isn't a bad project; it just doesn't belong on that site. Our Comprehensive Plan and our zoning should control future construction, not a developer who picked a parcel to build on. I hope our town government will help find an appropriate site in Milton for this - - on Rte 16 or similar commercial road.

I am a home owner in Milton, but a part time resident. I agree, there must be a better place for this commercial building than across from an elementary school on a 2 lane street.

I would rather they build something the residents could enjoy, like a nice park, a public swimming pool, more mom and pop shops, even a bigger grocery store would at least be convenient... I would even settle for more parking because the town is in desperate need of that. This would benefit the town if it were built elsewhere, but why so close to downtown? It's gonna look so ugly and out of place, not to mention create a lot of inconveniences.

I am not in favor of rezoning to accommodate this project!!! it is to close to the school, homes and location is just bad!! has anyone thought of the traffic? and if so who is going to pay for the red lights that are going to be needed for traffic which includes one on rt 16 intersection. I feel this piece of property should be for single homes... Brian King
