Please respect our wishes for safeguarding our property values and our needs by building the tower in the town of Malta alternative location.

Your first duty is to the residents who have lived here for years. If there is an alternate site (which there is) there is zero reasons not to take the town up on it.

Please strongly consider moving this tower to a safer location. It is in the best interest of the community residing there. Please consider the health of this community!

I strongly oppose the installation of a 180’ cell tower at the Dunning Street Trooper Barracks. Placing infrastructure of this size in a residential area poses legitimate concerns regarding property values, neighborhood character, and potential long-term health and safety impacts. With a viable, town-owned non-residential alternative already identified, there is no justification for locating this tower in close proximity to homes. I urge the State to reconsider and work with the town to place the tower in a more appropriate location.

These are the issues: Height Permanence Process shortcuts - special status with no justification Coverage footprint - why put the burden on one neighborhood to service such a wide expanse Future use flexibility - like what's next?

As a Luther's Forest resident I am extremely against the building of these dangerous towers along with the illegal and corrupt placement of the trooper's barracks. The corruption of the local government to fill their own pockets is unacceptable.

We were drawn here by the promise of living in a forested community. In light of the broader impacts, I’m asking for transparency and a look at other locations.

Luther Forest should be preserved instead of being sold off in chunks to satisfy the greed of developers

It was bad enough that the police barracks was forced upon us , now you want to make us swallow a monster of a tower! Whatever happened to "To Live in a Forest"? What's next an incinerator? Maybe a factory or two? you can change all the signs to read :To Live in Troy.

Please site this tower in a location that will minimize impacts to residents and property owners. As an alternative location has already been identified that has a lesser detrimental impact to the community, it makes more sense to pursue that alternative instead.

I support the relocation on the Communicatiin Tower to a location not near community homes.
