There needs to be some serious public consultation and input before our Park Land can be sold. No Park Board should be able to sell our waterfront green spaces after just one Public Hearing. That’s just insane. Please zone our infill lots as “Parkland”.

Can someone please explain to me why the elected Park Board members would approve a measure so overwhelmingly opposed by the community. It's not about the money generated by property sales because there are many other ways to raise cash.

please protect what little green space is left in the Cultus Lake park. The laneways are crucial to access as well and would be sorely missed if they were removed.

In the summer we loose our quiet park to campers they leave huge messes don't care disrespect people that work hard to clean up they don't come back for clean up days drunks every where fights at camp sites these are not locals took my grandkids to sunny side and huge fight weapons screaming yelling all night worst camping trip we get no break for all the crap we put up with all summer pay way to much taxes locals get no break no to more traffic leave our beaches and parks alone

Like most people who grew up in the lower mainland I have visited Cultus many times. Even when I live 700 plus kilometres from it I still stop at it once a year. The only reason for this is greed and there is enough of that in BC already.

We have been enjoying Cultus Lake Park land for years. Many a family gathers there to enjoy the beauty of the lake and the friendliness of the people there picnicking. Sense of community would suffer greatly if these pieces of Park land are gone.
