The Park should be kept just as it is leaving the Public Spaces as they are now. We need all the space we have now as the summer months are busy and we need access to the lake. The access points to the lake now are needed for easy access to enjoy the lake and also to be used for emergencies if needed by fire or ambulance.

I am a full time resident. It is time to dismantle the parks board and commissioners, time and time again, personal agendas, family friends business etc. Changing the c.o.a. and commissioners doesn't work, time for real, get rid of them!!! used just for

In a park, green space should be the #1 priority. Just say no to more building lots!

Your mandate is to protect and preserve.not sell off. If anything you should be increasing green space. Buy back some properties and make them green.

If the land is sold there is NO turning back. That would be a shame.

Can you believe this? The Cultus Lake Park Board wants unilateral authority to sell the greenspaces along the waterfront without public input. Imagine trying to access the waterfront if you are a first responder or just someone trying to get to the beach without any greenspaces. They are supposed to "Preserve and Protect". Developing the waterfront is not good for anyone. Please sign this and help get this park land protected.

We had a cottage at 215 first ave from 1980 to 2002 when the parks board wanting to sell the park land behind us.The parks board desire for money ruined our retirement dreams but as we see that the short term cash grab ruines long term residents dreams as well. What happens when the last lot is sold and you have to manage on the tax revenue you receive. At some point you have to manage on the revenue sources you have without destroying the park you have now!

This idea of developing the last remaining areas of green space in and around the lake is simply ridiculous and pure greed. It's a park...a park for everyone to use and enjoy today, tomorrow, and for future generations to come. ONCE IT'S GONE...IT'S GONE FOREVER!!! Think about that CLPB

Developing the lots along the waterfront will effectively block access to the lake except at Main Beach. All the public access/fire lanes will disappear.
