It is beyond reason that the Board dedication to "protecting our park" would let this happen. These small parcels of greenspace are all that's left. They provide valuable access to the lake (hint: the reason people come here), and prevent the waterfront walkway from being a monolithic block of homes, disconnected from the whole neighbourhood. What's more, the people this board is meant to represent ALREADY VOTED NOT TO DEVELOP, so how is this right? Brutal -- and don't let them do this.

Pretty soon there is going to be no parkland left. The CLPB is now wanting to take away all of our waterfront greenspace and laneway access to the lake. This land has been deemed greenspace in past minutes from CLPB meetings. This just goes to show that the CLPB will try do WHATEVER they want without caring what the public says. This has got to stop! SAVE WHAT IS LEFT OF OUR PARK!!
